New Book: Meredith Ziebart

Congratulations to Meredith Ziebart on her new book publication!

Nicolas Cusanus on Faith and the Intellect: A Case Study in Fifteenth-Century Fides-Ratio Controversy (Leiden: Brill, 2014).

The book is a revised version of her 2010 dissertation at Albert-Ludwigs Universität in Freiburg, and will be published as Volume 225 in the esteemed series “Brill Studies in Intellectual History,” edited by Han van Ruler.

Meredith is also the newest member of the Executive Committee of ACS and is contributing to the new design of this website.

Conferences

Since 1986, the American Cusanus Society, in cooperation with the International Seminar on Pre-Reformation Theology, has hosted The Biennial Gettysburg Conference on Nicholas of Cusa and his milieu at the Gettysburg Lutheran Seminary in Gettysburg, PA.

The ACS also regularly sponsors paper sessions at the annual conference of the Renaissance Society of America and the International Congress on Medieval Studies in Kalamazoo, MI. ACS Members can also access abstracts and proceedings for many of the papers delivered in these sponsored sessions in back issues of the American Cusanus Society Newsletter.
