Gettysburg 2023: A Roaring Success!

We’re pleased to report that our 2023 Gettysburg Conference was a roaring success. Our thanks go out to Jerry Christianson, Andy Taminger, Hannah Tonn, and the rest of the amazing team at United Lutheran Seminary, without whom this event could not have happened. Conferences

Since 1986, the American Cusanus Society, in cooperation with the International Seminar on Pre-Reformation Theology, has hosted The Biennial Gettysburg Conference on Nicholas of Cusa and his milieu at the Gettysburg Lutheran Seminary in Gettysburg, PA.

The ACS also regularly sponsors paper sessions at the annual conference of the Renaissance Society of America and the International Congress on Medieval Studies in Kalamazoo, MI. ACS Members can also access abstracts and proceedings for many of the papers delivered in these sponsored sessions in back issues of the American Cusanus Society Newsletter.
